1. All screen prints are sent on a guaranteed priority service.
2. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.

Returns:

1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please see the foot of this page for contact details.
2. All damages must be reported by email or telephone within 24 hours of the goods being received. Please see the foot of this page for contact details.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be applicable where Missiontoart is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Missiontoart.

Missiontoart reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.

Secondary Market:

In an effort to sell art to people who want it, rather than people who want to make a profit on it, Missiontoart reserves the right to refund any person who advertises their print for sale prior to them being in receipt of said print. For the avoidance of doubt, we deem the contract between seller & buyer to have been made at the point the print leaves our premises and not the point of payment.
If a print is offered for sale on the Secondary market after receipt, then Missiontoart reserve the right to no longer fulfil any orders to that customer.

Personal Data:

Personal data received during the order process is used for the purposes of fulfilling orders. Customers may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by sending a blank email with "UNSUBSCRIBE MAILING LIST" in the subject line to: info@missiontoart.com.

Payment Information:

Your credit card details are not stored by Missiontoart di Marco Scellato. Card details are securely delivered directly to our bank account via Paypal.
All payments are taken in Euro (EUR), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank.
